Staff and rooms are ideal here, had a perfect 10/10 stay with the hotel room and stay.

The hotel had a central location and it was just a walk down to Peace Gardens.

I stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed my choice. Generally everything was perfect, however the bathroom was mouldy.

Certainly a pleasant experience for a couple of nights in Birmingham. The venue is stunningly beautiful and really cute with superfriendly staff.

We loved to be here, its staff and location. The bar served lots of meals for breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a very very good stay with the hotel room and stay. The personnel was helpful offered me a brand-new room with heating system, the TV did n't work, for instance.

Had expensive breakfast, it might be far better.

Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Birmingham. Low budget place with knowledgeable staff and strong wi-fi. The hotel had a central location. The restaurant was pleasant, I tried cool dishes. Moreover, parking was on site.

Really nice building, decent location, amiable staff. The food was good and there were a lot of dishes in the menu. I liked the room, it was fashionable and had natural lighting. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was really cute!

Everything here was really good, and the weather was sunny, enjoyed it. Good-sized bathroom, lovely furniture. The location was UNBEATABLE, so close to bullring, Gas Street Basin and shops. .

Location was top, cosy hotel. Beds were comfy, room was compact & beautiful. Loved food selection, meals were high quality and they have lots of options. Decent services too!

Hotel's near to tourist spots like national sea life centre. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Turtle Bay that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The staff was friendly and that's why we do recommend it. Very easy to get from Birmingham airport, just 9 miles.

Coffee factory is a few steps away from the hotel. Characterful base for a weekend in Birmingham...
